Functional Fitness

Tuesday & Thursday 9a.m. - 9:45a.m.

Virtually on Zoom

Functional Fitness is an exercise class to help maintain strength, balance, coordination, and agility to stay active and independent. All the exercises are done sitting and standing using hand weights and your own body weight, along with warm-up and cool down stretches. A resistance band or strap are optional.

Audio Club

Every month 8-10 new best-selling unabridged audio books will be available first to members on a special reserve shelf.
