Form Submission Instructions

This page is available to anyone who wishes to electronically upload a form to the Tunkhannock Public Library for review and/or consideration. Examples include, but are not limited to, volunteer applications, employment applications, Community Room reservations, etc.

Instructions:

  1. Be sure to use the appropriate document for which it is intended

  2. Have your updated document available to electronically load from (ex. connected thumb drive, network file, local copy)

  3. File(s) can be up to 10 mb in size

  4. Most file formats are accepted

  5. Multiple files can be loaded

  6. If the document requires a signature and your filling it out digitally, you can simply initial & date the signature field.

Saturday ~ 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
