Automatic renewals:
Starting January 17, 2023, eligible library materials will automatically be renewed.
Items will not be automatically renewed if:

• item marked New

• Item is on hold

• No more renewals available

• Library account balance of $5.00+

• Library account is expired

• Item is a digital item from our online services

• Interlibrary Loan, Library of Things, Discovery Kits, & American Girl Dolls

Patrons will still receive a courtesy email 3 days prior to an item's original due date. The Library will attempt to automatically renew a borrowed item approximately one day before the due date. If successful, your loan period will be extended an additional full loan period. If unsuccessful,
you will continue to receive notices about overdue items. A notice will be sent to your email (if enabled) advising you of your due dates. Eligible items will be automatically renewed 2 times before they are due.
To stay up to date on due dates, be sure to opt in to email notifications by calling the library.
